Who is HypnoBirthing NOT for?
✔ Parents who are interested in attending a childbirth preparation class solely for the information about labor and birth. Regular childbirth preparation class might be better suited in this case
✔ Parents hesitant about diving into daily meditation and hypnosis. Remember – it's about conditioning your mind and body to unwind precisely when you need it the most!
✔ Parents who are NOT up for embracing the changing nature of labor and birth
What is included in the 5 week program:
Five Units, each lasting 2.5 hours for you and your birthing partner
2. All the materials
After you register for the program, our distribution center will mail the materials. Virtual attendees can look forward to receiving a package within a few days. For those joining in person, your materials will be waiting for you when the class begins. Inside the package, you’ll receive the Hypnobirthing: The Mongan Method book, a spiral book, and a handy card detailing how to download the audio. Expect your package to arrive within 5-10 days after registration..

If you ever need more details on our class discussions or any other help, just send me an email. I've got your back until the class starts and beyond.
4. Special gift
Numerous cultures across the globe hail the arrival of a newborn as a momentous occasion, complete with heartfelt rituals to embrace the little one into their community. In my European heritage, we have an old custom of planting a tree to commemorate a baby's birth - a living symbol of growth and protection. I believe that each new baby is a precious addition to the world, inspiring me to strive for a brighter future for all.
As a personal pledge, for every couple embarking on the HypnoBirthing journey with me, I will donate 20 trees to the One Tree Planted initiative. Now, your little one won't just have a tree to call their own, but a whole little forest!
Here's what happens when you sign up:
Step 1.
Enroll in the program, share details about yourself and your family. The payment is due at this time.
Step 2.
Once the registration process is complete, your materials will be on their way! If you're attending remotely, anticipate delivery within 5-10 days. For those joining us in person, your books will be waiting front-row at the start of the first class.
Step 3.
The program starts and we have fun.
Step 4.
Your baby is born! I look forward to hearing the story of your child's birth and admiring their grand entrance! Every few months, I donate to plant trees on behalf of your little one and others who completed the training with me.

The 5-week HypnoBirthing program. The investment for the program is $395.
All the materials.
Support until your child's birth if you need additional clarification on anything we talk about in classes.
Satisfaction is my top priority: If you're not satisfied with the program by the beginning of the third class, send me a message. If we can't resolve the issue together, you'll receive a refund.
