'Welcome' text (3).png

I’m so glad you’re here. My journey into this work started 15 years ago, during my second pregnancy. It all began in a prenatal yoga class when the yoga instructor talked about a book that changed everything: HypnoBirthing: The Mongan Method.

At the time, there weren’t any HypnoBirthing classes in my area, so I taught myself—practicing the breathing techniques, tuning into the audio tracks, and soaking up every word. When it was time to give birth, I felt calm, confident, and ready. My husband and I welcomed our son into the world in just a few peaceful hours at a birthing center. It was such a beautiful and empowering experience—a complete 180 from the 40-hour labor, near-c-section, and overwhelming exhaustion I went through with my first child.

That moment changed my life. I knew I had to share what I’d learned with other parents.

Since then, I’ve devoted myself to studying not only mindfulness, meditation, hypnosis, and the incredible connection between the mind and body, but also attachment theory and healthy infant development. I’m passionate about understanding how we, as parents, can foster secure, loving relationships with our little ones right from the start. I’ve taught Hypnobirthing and Childbirth Education in hospitals and private settings, helping parents feel prepared, empowered, and at peace as they welcome their little ones.

Today, I bring all of that experience—and a whole lot of heart—into my work with families. Whether you’re navigating fertility issues, pregnancy, preparing for birth, or adjusting to life as a new parent, I’m here to guide and support you. Together, we’ll create a path to confidence, calm, and connection for you and your growing family.

Let’s start this journey together.

What is HypnoBirthing?

Imagine feeling calm, confident, and prepared as you welcome your little one into the world. HypnoBirthing empowers you and your partner to approach childbirth with serenity, turning first-time jitters into peaceful confidence. Together, you'll learn how to let go of stress, trust your body’s natural abilities, and embrace a gentle, joyful birth experience.

Through the program, you’ll master self-hypnosis techniques that help you achieve deep relaxation, so you can stay centered and calm throughout labor and birth. It’s about working with your body—not against it—and creating a positive environment for your baby’s arrival.

The HypnoBirthing program includes five interactive, hands-on sessions, each 2.5 hours long. These classes are designed to give you practical tools, build your confidence, and prepare both you and your partner for a truly connected birthing journey.

Are you ready to feel empowered and at ease? Let’s make it happen together.

Fun fact #1

Many celebrities such as Angelina Jolie, Jessica Alba, Gisele Bundchen, and Duchess of Cambridge have used HypnoBirthing for the birth of their children.

Fun fact #2

Across the world and throughout history, planting a tree to celebrate a baby’s birth has been a beautiful way to honor new life. This tradition is as diverse as the cultures it comes from:

  • In old European customs, trees were seen as “symbolic human twins” by the Slavs.

  • Russians would plant an oak tree for a boy and a birch tree for a girl.

  • In Switzerland, it was an apple tree for a boy and a pear tree for a girl.

  • In Belgium, boys were honored with an oak tree, while girls were celebrated with a linden tree.

  • Even today, in Piplantri village, India, villagers plant 111 trees whenever a baby girl is born!

Fun fact #3

This tradition has always meant so much to me. When my boys were born, we planted trees for each of them—a living symbol of their arrival and the hope they bring into the world.

As part of my HypnoBirthing program, I’m excited to give back. For every couple that completes the program with me, I’ll donate $20 to One Tree Planted. That’s enough to plant 20 trees in honor of your little one, helping create a greener, healthier world for them to grow up in.

Planting a tree isn’t just a beautiful way to celebrate a birth; it’s a gesture of growth, connection, and a reminder of the roots we’re nurturing for our children and their future.

Let’s start your baby’s journey with a tree-mendous step towards a better future—together.

"I saw the power of it really, the meditation and the deep breathing and things like that that they teach you in hypnobirthing when I was really sick, and actually I realized that this was something I could take control of, I suppose, during labor. It was hugely powerful."

—Kate Middleton

“It’s about being calm and breathing gently. Instead of pushing the baby out, it’s breathing the baby down. Your body naturally contracts and pushes the baby out. That’s what labor is. If you just allow it to do what it’s meant to do and if you can stay calm and open, then you’ll have an easier time with birthing—that’s the philosophy behind it. I did most of my laboring for my first child with hypnobirthing."

— Jessica Alba

"My delivery was in a bathtub, in water. I wanted to have a home birth. I wanted to be very aware and present during the birth … I didn’t want to be drugged up. So I did a lot of preparation, I did yoga and meditation, so I managed to have a very tranquil birth at home. It didn’t hurt in the slightest. The whole time my mind was focused in each contraction on the thought ‘my baby is closer to coming out.’”

— Gisele Bundchen
